The villa we offer you was one of the show houses for the estate so is located on a particularly large plot, has full air conditioning, ceiling fans and many extras. The swimming pool at the rear of the property overlooks a preservation area and the garden surrounding the house contains a very large lawned area and many sub-tropical plants including palms, hibiscus and azaleas.
Sitting by the pool with drink in hand can be so relaxing, listening to the exotic birds and bullfrogs, watching the sun go down. The sunsets can be particularly spectacular as the house backs South and West, maximising the sunshine.
A number of animals visit the gardens, from green tree frogs, to a family of racoons, who are always a delight to see when they climb up the palm trees to eat the fruit.
